For my One Week Websites, the website design is already done and you can see exactly what you are getting. All we do is customise the website with your branding/colours, words and photos.
We can also remove or swap the order of sections on the site. Within 5 days you’ll walk away with a website that gives you a sense of pride and confidence.

This is not a cookie-cutter design. From years of experience, I know what works and what’s essential if you want to attract clients who are ready to move forward.

I collaborate with great businesses and make recommendations based on your budget and style. There is also the option to add Mini Branding to your package

Contact me first if you have any questions. We can then organise a no-pressure consultation call.
If you like the “base” design and you want to go ahead, I’ll send you the proposal, contract, and invoice for a 50% deposit to lock in our design week.
Once you’ve paid the invoice, you’ll receive a comprehensive Welcome Packet and link to a questionnaire, copy templates, image checklists, etc. I’ll guide you through the whole process.

✧Content preparation
One week before the design week:
You’ll provide the professional branding (minium: colours, fonts, logo ) or add my Mini Branding package.
You do have the option to use everything from your chosen design template.
Photos and words for your website are ready. I’ll provide guidance on the format and sizes. No need to second-guess!
Your final payment is due before your design day.

✦The Design and launch week
This is how it works:
Monday: Design and Strategy prep.
Tuesday: In the morning we have our Kick-off Call. After that, I’ll start working on your website.
Wednesday: In the afternoon I’ll send you the website for review and feedback
Thursday: Our review is in the morning and I’ll be online to make any changes during this time. The aim is to finish the design in the afternoon, ready to launch the next day.
Friday: Ready to launch.

Depending on my availability, I’ll book you about 4 weeks in advance so you have enough time to prepare the website content. Allocate about 20 hours of preparation. If you get professional branding and / or copywriting done, we’ll need a longer timeline but we can discuss all that on a call

All my designs require the Business Squarespace plan (see pricing for Squarespace here). As a Circle member, you’ll get 20% off the listed pricing through me.
If you haven’t already you’ll also need to buy a domain (the “address” of your online home). You can buy the domain and/or email address elsewhere e.g. GoDaddy. The other option is to buy your domain and email account with Squarespace, you may be able to get the first year of domain and email hosting for free.
Privacy policy: A privacy policy is the minimum legal requirement for a website. You might also have to add terms and conditions if you have an online shop. I will recommend free and paid options depending on your country of residence. Although I can’t provide legal advice!
GSuite: GSuite email is free for the first year. Ongoing costs is about $5/month (billed in US$)
Scheduling software and email marketing can also be an additional cost. I can help you pick free or paid options
We can talk about all this on a call. I know it can be confusing!

It’s best to book as soon as possible. We are working with a layout that is already completed and you’ll need to follow the design with your copy. I’ll give you access to all the guidelines for copy, photos, and branding.

We can transfer your site to a newer version (including blog posts) using best practices e.g. redirects so it doesn’t have a negative impact on your SEO. If your domain is with Squarespace, you can transfer with a click of a button if you are version 7.1. We can chat about the details on our call.

That’s not a problem. With WordPress be aware that images don’t always transfer, or blog comments can be lost. We have to evaluate the best process depending on how much content you have. I will ensure that your URLs will be reformatted (redirected) as Squarespace uses different URL formatting than WordPress. Depending on the number of blog posts and content you have, I will charge an additional fee. This is something we will discuss during our initial call.

Yes, of course! You can add more pages, custom features, long-form sales pages, etc. I’ll include this in my proposal.
Mini Branding
A simple, text-based logo
Font selection
Colour Palette with 5 colours. For Squarespace we use light to dark colours plus an accent colour e.g. for buttons.
All visuals are based on your ideal audience.
It does not include a full brand strategy with extensive audience research or a deep dive into things like your core values. I’m happy to recommend brand designers if you need full branding or a semi-custom brand.
